The project involved a complete refresh of classrooms, including the installation of modern flooring, updated electrical systems, a fresh coat of paint, new pin-up boards for collaborative work, and upgraded air conditioning units to ensure a comfortable environment year-round.

Additionally, the school’s bathrooms underwent a full-scale renovation, transforming them with new fixtures, finishes, and layouts to improve functionality and aesthetics.

This project included a refresh of corporate branding and an aesthetic refresh of an existing interconnecting stair. Featured throughout are new open office workstations, focus rooms, huddle conference rooms, a library, pantry area, and a customer experience center. The team also installed supplement cooling for the space’s server room.

]]> Demolition and build-out of the Foundation’s new office, academic and exhibition space for the Institute for Visual History and Education. The space consists of open plan work and study areas, presentation and meeting spaces, showcasing a folded, diagrid acoustic ceiling treatment and moveable walls that allow the kitchen, conference room and instructional space to open up into a large Town Hall. The space also features a high-tech experience center for its audio-visual archives, as well as VR interview and editing rooms. The Foundation was founded by Steven Spielberg to preserve the stories of survivors and witnesses of the Holocaust and other genocides through its archive of audio-visual testimonies.

]]> Renovation of an existing two-story building and vertical expansion to create a new third floor for the world’s oldest and largest provider of distance learning for people who are blind or visually impaired. The new floor increased the building’s square footage by nearly 25%. Â鶹ÊÓƵ constructed a high tech virtual reality room, installed an elevator and accessible restrooms, expanded the boardroom, and added new conference rooms and common areas for collaboration, community outreach and education. Â鶹ÊÓƵ also worked around three separate existing structural systems to update the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Exterior work consists of new masonry veneer on the building façade, new windows and a new roof.
