Full refresh of the New Balance Flagship Store in Flatiron consisting of flooring, ceiling, lighting, mechanical and finish upgrades. The cellar was given a brand new leveled concrete floor and millwork desks/shelving to allow for the New Balance rack system for inventory purposes. Two restrooms were refreshed with new tile, paint and fixtures. The break room and back-of-house areas were upgraded as well. New A/C unit furnished and installed for the space with many more mechanical upgrades completed throughout.
