鶹Ƶ Continues Culture of Promoting from Within as Three are Promoted in Dallas

Chicago, IL – May 21st, 2024 – 鶹Ƶ (鶹Ƶ) is thrilled to uphold its long-standing commitment of promoting from within by announcing the promotion of three exceptional leaders in its Dallas office to executive-level positions.

Sean Lobes, Steve Lobes and Mark Hein received promotions in acknowledgment of their substantial contributions to 鶹Ƶ and their pivotal role in the company’s future growth.

“Their professional commitment to 鶹Ƶ has consistently resulted in outstanding service for our clients,” said Dave Hall, CEO of 鶹Ƶ. “They embody the qualities needed to steer our company towards future success and inspire our employee-owners through their leadership and mentorship.”

Sean Lobes has been named Vice President. He joined 鶹Ƶ in 2016 as a Project Manager for the mission critical practice. Although Lobes was based out of the firm’s Chicago office, he resided in Dallas and was instrumental in establishing 鶹Ƶ’s Dallas office. Lobes is known in the industry for being a team player who is easy to work with. He considers seeing the development and success of those he has mentored as the most gratifying part of his position. Lobes earned a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University.

Steve Lobes has been promoted to Vice President. Lobes joined 鶹Ƶ’s Chicago office in 2011 and immediately began managing many of their out-of-state mission critical projects. He relocated to Dallas in 2018 to help establish 鶹Ƶ’s office there. His ability to foster strong relationships with trade partners proved invaluable in securing 鶹Ƶ’s presence in the region. Lobes is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, with a Specialization in Electrical and Mechanical Construction.

Mark Hein has been promoted to Senior Vice President. His biggest professional strength is leadership, and in 2019, he confirmed it by relocating to Dallas, where he played a key role in 鶹Ƶ’s rapid growth in the area. Hein is now 鶹Ƶ’s lead Superintendent in the region. He is known in the industry as a Superintendent who stands by fellow employees and trade partners. Hein served as an electrician in the 7th Engineers Support Battalion and the 11th Marine Expeditionary in the Marine Corps.

“These three individuals have played a significant role in helping our team establish 鶹Ƶ’s presence in Texas,” said Kevin Morris, Vice President, General Manager at 鶹Ƶ. “It’s been a pleasure working alongside them, and I’m looking forward to the continued growth they will bring.”

鶹Ƶ is proud of its culture of promoting from within. Many officers started with the company as interns. The average tenure of a Managing Director is 17 years and 20 percent of 鶹Ƶ’s employees have been with the company for over 10 years. This culture has furthered 鶹Ƶ’s continual national recognition on various “Best Places to Work” lists, as well as its designation as a “Most Loved Workplace” by Newsweek Magazine in 2023 and most recently a 2024 “U.S. Best Managed Company.”
